Auditory Perception
To date, I have designed and run eight GRT-auditory perception experiments. Two probed relationships between acoustic dimensions in the perception of complex non-speech sounds, and the other six probed relationships between phonological dimensions in consonant (speech) perception. The Matlab software used to run these experiments can be downloaded by clicking the links to the left.
The non-speech work has been presented at two conferences, and was recently published in Attention, Perception & Psychophysics. Some of the speech perception work has been presented at conferences, and is currently being written up for publication. For more information, see here.
More information will be added soon (1/5/10).
