I like to write data analysis programs myself, in part because it forces me to get a deep understanding of the relevant issues, in part simply because I enjoy it. I have a number of such programs, and as I find the time to clean them up and make them presentable to the public, I will post links to them here.
For the time being, you can find relevant R and Matlab scripts on my models page, and a Bayesian ANOVA script I wrote recently is available to the left.
